What you can expect:

• Peer videos (released on April 7th)
• Engaging small group conversations
• You will receive a package in the mail shortly before the event. Please be sure the mailing address you share is where you'll be in the days leading up to the event. 
• You will receive a confirmation email upon registering. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it. 

What to do in preparation:

DIRECTORS ONLY: Submit a VIDEO

Directors are asked to submit a 1-3 minute video in which they answer the following questions:

Looking five years ahead, what is one thing you think has the potential to be part of your organization’s status quo?

What is one wild and beautiful dream you’d have for this work?

This will create an opportunity for us to hear from each other prior to our gathering. It does not need to be high quality or well polished. We do not want you to stress about this request. Although we prefer a video submission, if you are more comfortable with the written word that is perfectly acceptable. If this is what you choose to do, please share 300-500 words. Please submit by March 17th.

ALL: 

Videos will be available for viewing on April 7th. Please be sure to allow time to watch the videos prior to our time together on the 13th. We expect 43 submissions in total.
